Registered Nurse, LD SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months perm address over 230 miles from Rapid City SD skills checklist within 12 mos Reference dated within 12 mos job worked within 5 yrs. EPIC skills EFM interpretation and intervention, adult and neonatal assessment skills Floating Required: Med/surg – as helping hands/in the role of a CNA Could be floated within scope of practice and below
