Key Responsibilities for the Entry-Level Tax Assistant:

• Assemble and process individual and business tax returns
• Track workflow and maintain supporting tax documentation
• Prepare balance sheets and assist with basic tax reporting
• Support the tax team with administrative and client-facing tasks
• Coordinate mailing and organization of completed returns

Qualifications for the Entry-Level Tax Assistant:

• Prior tax experience preferred (open to early-career or developing candidates)
• Degree preferred but not required
• Stable employment history (not seasonal-only or frequent job changes)
• Interest in building a long-term career in tax and financial services
