Working together, let's put our time and talents together to advance human health for tomorrow.The Production Assembly Associate responsible for process monitoring and optimization, quality control, documentation and reporting, equipment maintenance, training and support, continuance improvement and compliance and safety.This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Beckman Coulter, Life Sciences Flow Cytometry Team located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Apply analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and processes to identify areas or improvement and implement effective solutions.Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with production equipment, software systems, and relevant technologies.The essential requirements of the job include:High school diploma or equivalent.Must be able to follow approved work instructions with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Experience with MS office products, Microsoft Excel, email.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for roleWill be traveling to Miami, FL to train for at least 8 to 12 weeks.Target hire date: September 14th, 2026Miami training: 9/14/2026- 10/23/2026 (5 weeks)PTO break: (10/26/26 - 10/30/2026)Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordUsing material handling equipment including hoists, hoist inspections to move parts and skids, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, stooping, walkingIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Previous laboratory work experience preferred, especially in an FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment.Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
