Full-Time Intervention Specialist - Kettering, OH

Job Description Minimum 1+ years special education experience required. We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Kettering, Ohio, responsible for providing exceptional educational services to around 16 students in a pull out time and push in support environment. This pay range is $45+/hr depending on experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students based on assessment data and individual needs. Provide specially designed instruction in small group and individual settings, ensuring curriculum modifications and accommodations as necessary. Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, school administrators, and parents to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly to ensure educational goals are met. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and IEP updates. Utilize assistive technology and specialized materials to enhance student learning experiences. Requirements Master's degree in Special Education preferred. Ohio Special Education Licensing. Experience working with in a pull out time and push in support environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
