Investment Strategies and Capital Solutions Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join their Investment Strategies and Capital Solutions group in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial transactions, particularly in real estate, and possess excellent academic credentials and communication skills. Duties Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements. Manage sponsor real estate deals involving debt financing and joint venture structuring. Advise on post-acquisition asset management, including leasing and property management. Represent sponsors and investors in various real estate and investment structures. Advise family offices on structuring and administering entities, including succession planning. Requirements 3+ years of substantive experience in complex commercial transactions. Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively. Ambition, drive, and team-orientation to support national practice growth. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Texas Bar Admission. Skills Superior writing and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits package.
