Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Outpatient setting with 1:1 appointment scheduling.
• 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute appointment times.
• 30-day notice required.

Location Highlights

Caldwell offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional attractions in southwestern Idaho.
