Patient Access Representative

Overview We are seeking a Patient Access Representative to support front-desk operations at MedCura Health. This role requires strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for patients from the time they arrive through the completion of their visit. Register patients and verify information including insurance details and required documentation. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to help maintain timely operations. Answer incoming calls, address general inquiries, and provide information about available services. Process patient payments and issue receipts for completed transactions. Maintain accurate records in the EHR system in accordance with organizational standards.
