URGENT: Elder Care Provider Wanted - Experienced Elder Care Provider Needed In Old Tappan, Nj $25/Hr

Our ideal candidate would serve as a companion to our 96-year old Irish mom for 3 hours a day. She is healthy & active, loves her daily walks in the neighborhood w/her 4-wheeler. She has a great appetite. She is sweet, gentle & kind. She has dementia w/little short term memory but a full memory of her days growing up in Ireland. We are offering a competitive rate of $25.00 per hour. If you are a compassionate individual with experience in elder care, we would love to hear from you. The primary responsibilities include providing companionship, engaging in conversation, assisting with light household tasks, doing coloring, painting & craft activities together, & supervising her walking in the neighborhood. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and has a flexible schedule to accommodate our needs. We are in need of immediate, part-time assistance by a female companion, as mom is currently in the Jewish Home Family rehab facility in Rockleigh & then will transition to her apartment in our family home in Old Tappan for perhaps a 1-2 month period before relocating to North Carolina to her daughter.
