This is a full-time remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact on the lives of clients in Fontana, California, and beyond. Our work setting is flexible, and you will engage in remote consultations using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring the privacy and safety of our clients. You will enjoy a structured schedule from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a work-life balance that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorders and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal challenges, goals, and aspirations.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address and alleviate symptoms effectively.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans in response to changing needs and outcomes.

• Engage with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in mood disorders and therapy techniques to continuously enhance treatment strategies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and opportunities for professional development.

• Advocate for client's needs and work toward the destigmatization of mental health challenges within the community.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
