Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring an SMT Operator in Plano, TX for a 1st shift, Mon-Fri 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, onsite. You will operate surface mount technology equipment to assemble PCBA, load materials, perform changeovers, and monitor output. The role emphasizes quality, safety, IPC/ESD standards, and accurate record-keeping. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
