Supply Chain & Planning Manager

R&D July 2026 The R&D Chemist — Home Care will work in the R&D Laboratory developing and supporting laundry care, household cleaning, and air freshening products. This role communicates regularly with product development managers, process engineers, regulatory, and the quality unit, and is responsible for completing projects based on workflow assigned by the R&D Director. Ensure product safety and compliance with regulatory standards. You'll conduct quality audits, manage documentation, and maintain our high standards across manufacturing and fulfillment. Manage day-to-day fulfillment operations including inventory, order processing, and customer communication. Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or EDI is a plus. experienced Supply Chain & Planning Manager to lead procurement, purchasing, demand planning, inventory management, supplier relationships, product costing, quoting, and supply chain analytics. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll manage the Buyer while building scalable systems that support manufacturing, customer demand, and business growth through technology, automation, and AI. lead client-facing product development projects from concept through launch.
