About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean of Admission and Financial Aid to join its close-knit community. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for shaping and advancing the school's future through a bold, mission-based enrollment strategy. This role involves close collaboration with the Headmaster and senior leadership team, as well as with faculty, staff, and trustees, to ensure that the school's values of access, affordability, and inclusion are at the forefront of all enrollment decisions. The Dean will be expected to balance tradition and innovation, expanding strategic outreach, and market development, while also mentoring and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in admission and financial aid, a deep commitment to fostering an inclusive community, and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks with a high level of professionalism and integrity. Applicants for the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' of leadership experience in admission and enrollment management. The role requires a strategic thinker, a creative problem-solver, and a self-starter with a passion for being present in the lives of students. The Dean will be responsible for leading the school's enrollment efforts, including recruitment, retention, and enrollment management, and must be adept at using technology for student record management, research, and enrollment forecasting.
