What You'll Do: Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and tracking applicant progress in Workday. Assist with onboarding by preparing new hire materials, processing paperwork, and ensuring timely completion of pre-employment requirements. Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, including personnel files and documentation such as I-9s. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including E-Verify requirements. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support site and community events. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support. High School Diploma required What Sets You Apart: Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of employment compliance requirements, including I-9, E-Verify, and labor laws. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using an HRIS such as Workday. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with high attention to detail.
