Learn more about how we deliver excellence for our customers and colleagues at DXC.com.Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.Work closely with Account Delivery Managers and Associates to ensure efficient account operations.Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals and how DXC’s various offerings can address them.Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts.Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics.Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies.Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary.Provide regular status updates on account performance.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline. (Advanced degree is a nice to have but not required)15 years relevant experienceActive PMP or PgMPActive SECRET ClearanceMust be located in the DC Metro Area and be prepared to be onsite as required.Other Qualifications:AI/ML CertificationsOther relevant technical certificationsExperience managing program portfoliosPlease note: The client is in a controlled goods program environment and must comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which mandates that all applicants be U.S. Persons.Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $137,900 - $256,100.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
