Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy per established protocols and orders
- Monitor patient responses, manage adverse effects, and respond to infusion-related reactions
- Administer IV medications and infusions, maintain IV access, and monitor infusion times
- Conduct patient assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and the broader care team
- Provide patient and caregiver education on treatment plans, potential side effects, and safety measures
- Document all care, medications, and assessments accurately in the Epic EMR; ensure timely charting and compliance with policy
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards to ensure patient safety and comfort

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Vermont (or eligible for VT licensure)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience; oncology/infusion experience preferred
- Certification in chemotherapy and biotherapy required
- Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work in an infusion/oncology care setting and adhere to the assigned shift schedule
- Nursing degree (ASN or BSN)
