Admissions Nurse
DCH Health System
DCH Health System is seeking a Communication Center RN to coordinate admissions and transfers from physicians' offices and outside facilities to DCH RMC and NMC. The role ensures correct orders and patient status on admission, and collaborates with staff to plan bed placement and patient accommodation. The RN will serve as a patient/physician liaison, facilitate timely bed assignments, and maintain accurate data in the hospital system while upholding service standards and safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr
