Senior Sap Functional Analyst/LeadThe Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior SAP Functional Analyst/Lead working with SAP Quality Management to join the team in Seattle, WA; Dallas, TX; Long Beach, CA; Miami, FL; North Charleston, SC; Berkeley, MO; or Hazelwood, MO. The Functional Analyst will focus on the implementation and support of SAP projects based on S/4HANA. A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with multiple stakeholders including the business, solution architects, and developers to implement SAP projects. Researches complex or multiple processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design. Consults with customers to clarify and refine complex requirements. Interprets and translates complex requirements into functional specifications. Leads and performs activities to develop and execute tests to validate system functionality against specifications.Position ResponsibilitiesWorks with Requirement gathering, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Realization and DeploymentCollaborates with cross-functional teams comprising business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Architects, Developers and SIs (vendor consultants) on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems for projects and productsIdentifies, recommends, and implements complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentationTranslates Functional Specifications into Application design documents, co-ordination with the team, testing of new functionality or Enhancements, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts, Perform Unit tests and integration testsDevelops, reviews, and maintains functional/application design documents in collaboration with stakeholders and System Integrator (SI) partnersParticipates in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issuesWorks with the usage of the Signavio process modelling, JIRA, Tricentis tosca testingWorks to handle and lead the development of WRICEF objects independently in collaboration with ABAP team.Works with SAP Project SystemsUnderstands SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methodsUnderstands the SAP testing tools and other SAP line of business productsContributes for overall project management plan using SAP Activate methodologyWorks with SAP S/4 Hana and FIORIBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):12+ years of experience in SAP QM Consulting4+ years of experience with S/4HANA Quality ManagementExperience with at least 2 E2E full life cycle implementation in SAP S/4 HANAExperience with Quality Management in large and complex business environmentsExperience with the Quality integration of external systemsExperience with SAP module specific User exits, batch jobs and standard SAP reportsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in SAP Quality Management via various inspection typesExperience in Sample scheme/procedures, Dynamic modification, Inspection methods, Inspection plan, results/defect recording, usage decision, Quality notifications, Quality planning/inspections/certificates, quality controlSAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methodsExperience in cross functional integration with production planning(SAP PP), sales(SAP SD), procurement(SAP MM),warehouse (SAP EWM)Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industrySAP certifications in SAP S/4 PP, QM, MM is a plusApplicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
