You'll manage the safe, efficient assembly of large-scale fabric structures and accessories. From coordinating high-profile site logistics to mentoring a hardworking crew, you ensure every project is executed with precision, safety, and speed.What You'll DoLead from the Front: Supervise and train your team on the safe assembly and removal of structures, ensuring every bolt and fabric panel meets our gold standard.Command the Site: Take full ownership of job site coordination, including pre-plan meetings, managing temporary labor, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and inspectors.Problem Solve in Real-Time: Use your logic and grit to navigate weather challenges, underground utility logistics, and complex diagrams.Drive Excellence: Oversee equipment maintenance, track crew hours, and maintain a professional, DOT-compliant fleet.What You've GotThe Experience: Must have at least 2 Years of Tent Building Experience!Leadership Grit: A "get it done" attitude. Prior leadership experience a plus.Physical Stamina: You're ready to lift 80+ lbs and stay active all day.Road Warrior Spirit: You're excited to travel (80%+) and see new sites.Sharp Mind: High school diploma/GED, solid math skills, and a professional communication style.Reliability: Valid driver's license, clean drug screen/background check/Driving Record, and a rock-solid attendance record.Ready to build something big?
