Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in Cupertino, CA. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, values teamwork, and takes pride in promoting excellent oral health.
You will play an important role in creating a comfortable patient experience while delivering preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and preventive hygiene procedures
- Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
- Take and review dental radiographs as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive treatment
- Identify and communicate oral health concerns to dentists and patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a professional and compassionate manner
Qualifications
- Active California Dental Hygienist license is required
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
- Prior dental hygiene experience preferred but not required
