Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in Cupertino, CA. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, values teamwork, and takes pride in promoting excellent oral health.

You will play an important role in creating a comfortable patient experience while delivering preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings and preventive hygiene procedures
Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
Take and review dental radiographs as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive treatment
Identify and communicate oral health concerns to dentists and patients
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
Deliver exceptional patient care in a professional and compassionate manner

Qualifications

Active California Dental Hygienist license is required
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
Prior dental hygiene experience preferred but not required
