As a Governor's Grill Food Server , you'll be the friendly face our guests remember. From the moment they sit down to the final bite, you'll help make every meal something to smile about.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome, genuine smile, and top-tier service from start to finish
• Take initial beverage order within 3 minutes of guests being seated
• Know the menu like a pro and help guests find their perfect meal
• Communicate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely, quality service
• Keep your station clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendors
• Pitch in wherever needed-teamwork makes the dream work!

What We're Looking For:

• Must be 21+ years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous serving experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
• Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual is a plus!)
• Ability to stay cool under pressure in a lively environment
• Friendly, approachable, and committed to great service
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude a must

You'll Need:

• Valid Food Handler's Certification
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Familiarity with POS systems like InfoGenesis is a plus
• Experience using systems like Paycom is helpful but not required
