Our primary goal is to get you back in a condition to be independent once again while maintaining a friendly environment and providing nutritionally enhanced meals. We are currently recruiting for a Resident Assistant (RA)to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities: Resident Assistant (RA)
- Provide daily living services to our residents. This may include, bathing, dressing, assisting with ambulation, medication administration, and other daily living tasks.
- Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes
- Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion
- Ability to administer medications or willingness to become certified
- Adhere to all DHS codes
Qualifications and Skills: Resident Assistant (RA)
We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:
- Current CBRF certification in the state of Wisconsin
- Professional enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Shows initiative in daily work
