On our team, you'll use your analytical skills and data science knowledge to create real-world impact. You'll work closely with your clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You'll develop algorithms and systems and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to help clients make informed decisions. Ultimately, you'll provide a deep understanding of the data, what it all means, and how it can be used.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience performing quantitative analysis, developing visualizations, and processing complex data to create data-driven insights
• Experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages such as R and Python
• Experience developing and deploying data models
• Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources, including using SQL to conduct complex database queries for extract, transform, and load ( ETL ) procedures
• Experience developing and maintaining scalable data stores that supply big data in forms needed for business analysis
• Experience communicating information to an audience with varying technical knowledge
• Experience with source control and collaboration sof tware, including Git or Atlassian tools
• Knowledge of machine learning, AI, or natural language processing
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience deploying data workflows and models within platforms such as Palantir Foundry or Gotham
• Experience developing web services or web applications using R shiny, Python, and Flask or JavaScript
• Experience working with cloud environments, including AWS and Azure, and evaluating architectural tradeoffs and designing robust applications for scalable use
• Experience working with LLMs, generative AI systems, or agentic frameworks, including for task automation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
