Expected pay for this position is $55.20 - $63.65/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

JOB SPECIFICS

• Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, treating, and managing work-related injuries and illnesses for employees.
• Collaborate with on-site medical staff, workers compensation personnel, and management to ensure timely and effective care.

• Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $55.20-63.65 hr. This is a salaried position.

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program
• Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
• Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in occ health, primary care, urgent careor a related field is preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served
