Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Starting Pay: $21.50/hour + Overtime Opportunity + Quarterly Profitability Bonus

What You'll Do

As a Panel Builder, you will:

• Build wrapping unit control panels from start to finish
• Perform enclosure and panel machining
• Mount electrical components and complete panel wiring
• Use a variety of hand and power tools (strippers, screw guns, crimpers, etc.)
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Support the Team Leader in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical quality issues as needed
• Follow work instructions to ensure panels meet Lantech quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete panels efficiently and on time

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
• Familiarity with common electrical devices
• Basic computer skills (opening and saving files, etc.)
• Experience using hand tools
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to complete tasks within established timeframes
• Strong teamwork skills
• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to adapt to customer or engineering changes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues

Desired Experience

• Completion of Lantech LEAP class
• Demonstrated ability to properly identify and use tools for the job
• Previous experience building electrical panels or working in a manufacturing environment
