Leasing Specialist: Drive Occupancy & Growth
Greystar
Greystar in Atlanta is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals while using on-site software such as OneSite and Yardi. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
