About this role.

As a PRN Hospitalist at our St. James Hospital, you’ll work collaboratively with hospital and medical group providers, to provide top notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with APPs, care and case management, the Emergency Medicine team, and excellent support staff!

• Competitive daily rate! Day shift $2,330 & Night shift $2,610

• Travel expenses are reimbursed, including lodging, rental car, etc. Malpractice insurance is provided.

• You will practice at our St. James Hospital, a Level 3 Trauma Center, in Butte, MT.

• We run two shifts - day and night.

• Typical shift is 12 hours.

• PRN position.

• Daily APP coverage from 6-6.

• Strong partnership with our St. Vincent Regional hospital. The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a Certified Stroke Center, and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI.

• Easy access to an international airport in Bozeman, MT & Billings, MT.

What you’ll bring.

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.

• Residency trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.

• Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.

• At least 3-5 years experience as a Hospitalist is required.

• Passion for inpatient care.
