Compensation: Earn What You're Worth

• First-year on-target earnings (OTE) of $115K - $140K, with a base salary of $75K - $90K.

What You Will Be Doing: Build Your Own Success Story

• Be a Trailblazer: ?As one of the first members of our new product sales team, you'll have the chance to shape the sales strategy, define the ideal customer profile, and build your own book of business from the ground up.
• Drive Innovation:? One of our Core Values is to “Embrace Innovation”. We encourage creativity and experimentation! Explore new verticals, develop innovative sales approaches, and help us define the future of this exciting new product.
• Develop New Business: Build relationships with prospective clients, contractors, and industry partners through phone calls, email outreach, social media engagement, in-person canvassing of target accounts and job sites, networking, and referral partnerships.
• Become a Trusted Advisor: ?Conduct needs analyses, understand client pain points, and present customized security solutions that meet their unique requirements.
• Manage Your Sales Pipeline: ?Track your progress in Salesforce, nurture leads, and close deals.
• Collaborate and Win: ?Work closely with your team to develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements: Do You Have What It Takes?

• 2+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience in a major market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic
• BA/BS degree preferred
