Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary A service advisor will be responsible for helping a customer when his/her vehicle needs servicing. You are the bridge between the customer and the technicians performing the maintenance and repairs for the vehicle. You will be responsible for keeping the customer up-to-date with the timing of the service work. We will give you the training to be successful so no experience is needed. Duties and Responsibilities Responding to inbound phone calls Initiate outbound phone follow up to keep the customer updated Having knowledge of the dealership's vehicles and explaining their features and warranties to customers Answer guest questions about his/her vehicle service needs Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles Required Skills and Abilities Interpersonal and communication skills Customer service skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record Must meet other company requirements for employment such as background check and drug test No experience is necessary. We will train you! Pay We offer a competitive hourly plus commissions pay plan with monthly bonuses.
