The facility is recognized as one of the best hospitals in the nation for clinical quality. The hospital has achieved an A safety grade, demonstrating excellence in patient safety. It is the region's referral center for trauma, stroke, and neonatal intensive care services. The hospital hosts a highly regarded robotic surgery program and cardiac care services. Candidates must have a collaborative attitude and focus on patient-centered care. The Progressive Care Unit has a total of 44 beds and 95 staff members. The patient-to-nurse ratio is typically 4:1 and may stretch to 5:1 in certain circumstances. Typical procedures include neuro and spinal checks, C-Collar placement, and IV infusions. Preferred candidates will have experience in neuro and trauma care. This position requires participation in weekend shifts on a rotating basis. Team players with strong communication skills will excel in this role.
