This position requires a blend of individual sales performance and team leadership, with a focus on goal setting, coaching, and performance management.Your mandate will be to work with the account management team to continue growing the contract staffing business within the Raleigh branch, expand into new clients, and hire and train new Account Managers.Team Management Responsibilities:Lead a team of Account Managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform effectively.Active participant in large client opportunities, helping Account Managers to close more businessSales management including setting sales quotas, developing effective account plans, mentoring, coaching, and performance management.Provide coaching, mentorship, and foster a high-performance culture.Oversee daily operations, including sales call planning, CRM management, and account allocation.In partnership with leadership, hire and grow the sales team to continue to expand in the Raleigh marketOversee office operations, including facilities management, onboarding/offboarding, budget management, and employee communications.Act as a point of contact for local issues, manage team coverage during absences, and handle employee inquiries regarding commissions, compensation, and quotas.Member of the Regional Leadership Team responsible for growth in the region.Individual Contributor ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts by generating leads, conducting discovery sessions, and delivering compelling sales presentations.Manage the recruitment service delivery life cycle from initial requirement gathering through to onboarding.Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop compelling candidate presentations, engage with hiring managers throughout the delivery process, and provide guidance to the team on successful job order qualification and delivery management.Build a strong personal brand and collaborate with marketing to develop thought leadership content and support outbound sales initiatives.Skills and Knowledge Required:Previous leadership experience in the staffing industry is highly desired.Proven sales expertise in lead generation, discovery, qualification, and value-based selling within the staffing industry (minimum of 2 years).2+ years of leadership experience.Comfortable in setting goals, communicating expectations, and holding team members accountable with a proven track record.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.Strong commercial awareness as to what is new and the latest changes in the staffing industry.Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze profitability, set goals, and develop customer pricing.Demonstrated ability to build relationships, set expectations, and resolve conflicts.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.Why Work at Procom:Belonging & Impact: An inclusive, collaborative culture where your ideas are valued, and make a real impact.Balanced Work Model: A modern hybrid work model that supports productivity and personal flexibility.Work From Where You Thrive: Whether visiting family or exploring a new place, our remote-work program lets you temporarily work from another approved location for up to two weeks each year keeping you connected wherever life takes you.Competitive Compensation: Compensation designed to remain competitive within our industry.Time to Recharge: Generous vacation and sick-day policies.
