Join a family-owned petroleum company with 40+ years in business! We’re looking for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of daily accounting and help keep our busy operation running smoothly.
What You Get:
- $28–$32/hour
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No weekends or on-call

What You’ll Do:
- Manage AP, AR, cash & general ledger
- Bank, credit card, vendor & payroll reconciliations
- Invoicing, collections & vendor payments
- Month-end close & financial reporting
- Match fuel BOLs to supplier invoices
- Assist with inventory, payroll & fuel tax/IFTA filings
What You Need:
- 3+ years full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Strong Excel & reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fuel, trucking, logistics or distribution experience is a plus
- PDI experience preferred, but not required
