Intake Specialist

Riverside Legal Aid, a nonprofit law firm, is seeking a full-time receptionist for its Riverside office. Riverside Legal Aid provides free legal services to indigent populations in Riverside County using paid and volunteer attorneys. The position is a full-time entry level position with full benefits. Intake Specialist Job Responsibilities Responsible for answering/ transferring calls and returning voicemails. Using the case management system to perform intake on qualifying clients and setting appointments. Entering intake notes in a clear and concise manner. Uploading client documentation for attorney review. Work with attorneys and paralegal in managing legal caseload. Informs clients by answering or referring inquiries. Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Attend outreach events. Riverside Legal Aid is open Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hourly wage of $18-$22 hourly based on experience and qualifications. Three weeks paid vacation, sick time, and a 3% matching 401(k) provided. Attendance of occasional outreach weekend events will be required. Education and Experience High school diploma required. Previous reception experience preferred.
