Primary Accountability: Lead and manage engineering operations across a designated regional portfolio, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and client satisfaction while driving operational excellence and team development.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ManagementSupport day-to-day engineering operations across multiple properties in the regionEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codesDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs and standard operating proceduresMonitor and optimize energy management systems and sustainability initiativesCoordinate emergency response procedures and business continuity planningTeam Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and mentor engineering staffConduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunitiesFoster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellenceManage staffing levels and resource allocation across the regional portfolioClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as primary engineering contact for clients and property management teamsParticipate in client meetings and provide technical expertise and recommendationsRespond to and resolve complex engineering issues and tenant concernsMaintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providersFinancial ManagementDevelop and manage regional engineering budgets and capital expenditure plansMonitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunitiesNegotiate contracts with vendors and service providersPrepare financial reports and variance analysisTechnical ExpertiseProvide technical guidance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systemsOversee major capital projects and system upgradesConduct building assessments and recommend improvementsStay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practicesQuality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure all work meets JLL standards and client requirementsConduct regular property inspections and auditsMaintain accurate documentation and reporting systemsImplement and monitor safety protocols and training programsKey Performance IndicatorsClient satisfaction scores and retention ratesEnergy efficiency and sustainability metricsBudget adherence and cost managementTeam performance and retentionCompliance and safety recordResponse time to critical issuesThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
