Onsite: Yardley, PA We are looking for a highly experienced Tricentis Solution Architect to join our Yardley, USA , or Bengaluru, India office. This is a client-facing role requiring the ability to lead presentations, walkthroughs, and demos. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in manual testing, Tricent Platform, including advanced Tosca expertise, and the ability to design and implement scalable agentic test automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in manual testing, Tricent Platform, including advanced Tosca expertise, and the ability to design and implement scalable agentic test automation solutions. Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a Tricentis Tosca Subject Matter Expert (SME) across projects and client engagements, leading client walkthroughs, demos, and technical presentations.
- Design and own the end-to-end test automation architecture and strategy, integrating Tosca into enterprise toolchains with a focus on scalability, security, compliance, and long-term maintainability.
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust, risk-based Tosca automation solutions aligned to business-critical processes and full traceability.
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable Tosca frameworks using Modules, TBox, Business Components, and reusable test assets.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, Client, and QA teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers while enforcing automation best practices, including test data management and maintainable design.
- Drive and support API testing, BDD approaches, and CI/CD integrations using Tosca.
- Participate in pre-sales, solutioning, RFPs, and estimations, and continuously evaluate tools and methodologies to enhance automation effectiveness.
- 4-5 years of overall Manual Testing experience
- 1-2 years of dedicated experience with Tricentis Tosca
- Exposure to multiple testing domains (functional, regression, integration)
- Experience in end-to-end test planning and execution
- Experience in client-facing roles and delivering demos
Required Certifications:
- Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 (AS1) - Mandatory
- Tosca Automation Specialist Level 2 (AS2) - Mandatory
- Optional but preferred:
- Tosca Test Architect Level 1 (TA1)
- Tosca BI Specialist
- Tosca API Testing Certification
