Lead Senior Software Engineer – Cloudera Hadoop / AWSLocation: Blue Bell, PAEmployment Type: Contract (Onsite)Job SummaryWe are seeking a Lead Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Cloudera Hadoop and AWS Big Data to lead the migration of enterprise Hadoop platforms to AWS. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing scalable data solutions, modernizing big data platforms, and mentoring engineering teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable Big Data applications.Lead migration from Cloudera Hadoop to AWS.Build and optimize data pipelines using Spark, Hive, and Python.Design AWS Big Data solutions using EMR, Glue, Lambda, and Airflow.Automate deployments using Terraform and CI/CD tools.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.Required Skills10+ years of software engineering experience.Strong hands-on experience with Cloudera Hadoop (HDFS, Hive, Spark, Oozie).AWS Big Data services (EMR, Glue, Lambda, S3, Airflow).Python, SQL, Linux, and Shell scripting.Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Gradle, Octopus, or Artifactory.Experience with Hadoop-to-AWS migration projects.PreferredAWS Certification.Healthcare or healthcare analytics experience.Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and monitoring tools.
