Job Summary
Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Location: unspecified. This role involves providing competent clinical nursing care in a hospital setting, utilizing the nursing process to meet patient needs. The position requires coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team and demonstrating proficiency in managing patients with complex problems.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of Nursing; Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC); 1 year of nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Emergency Department.
• Required Skills & Experience: Clinical nursing care, nursing process, patient assessment, patient education, point of care testing.
• Additional Skills: Research, discharge planning, performance improvement activities, communication systems, interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing.
