Pilates Instructor (Reformer) — Small Group & 1:1 SessionsWe're looking for a confident, member-focused Pilates Instructor to deliver premium reformer classes and 1:1 sessions. You'll coach with precision, create an exceptional studio experience, and help members stay consistent—driving results, retention, and program growth.About the RoleAs a Pilates Instructor, you'll deliver a premium reformer class and 1:1 Pilates experience that drives measurable results, strengthens retention, and supports revenue growth. You'll execute a structured programming system with precision and consistency—this role focuses on delivering the program at a high level (not designing it).What You'll DoClass Delivery & CoachingLead small-group reformer classes with energy, precision, and control.Deliver standardized class formats as designed.Provide clear, effective cueing and appropriate hands-on corrections.Ensure safe, effective movement options for all levels.Member Experience & EngagementCreate a welcoming, inclusive, premium studio environment.Build relationships that support consistency and retention.Learn and use member names; understand goals and limitations.Maintain high energy and professionalism in every class.Revenue & Growth SupportSpot opportunities to match members with additional services that support their goals, including:1:1 Pilates sessionsSemi-private trainingReinforce the value of All-Access membership through engagement and retention.Promote the benefits of structured programming and consistency.Studio OperationsMaintain studio cleanliness and ensure equipment is class-ready.Complete daily equipment checks and promptly report issues.Track attendance and participation accurately.Follow all booking, check-in, and capacity protocols.Safety & ComplianceAdhere to all safety standards and protocols.Maintain current CPR/AED certification.Follow incident-reporting procedures.RequirementsCertified Pilates Instructor (reformer certification required).Current CPR/AED certification.Experience teaching group fitness and/or small-group training.Nice to HaveApparatus training in Reformer, Tower, and Mat60–400-hour comprehensive Pilates certification (Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair).Experience working in a structured programming environment.Sales and/or client conversion experience.Background in personal training or fitness instruction.Benefits & PerksComplimentary membership & guest privilegesDiscounts on Personal Training, Mind&Body, Aquatics, Kids ProgramsDiscounts on Serenity Day Spa services & apparelEmployee referral giftIn-house CECs & reimbursementUS FITNESS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERKnow Your RightsEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
