AI Chief of Staff

To facilitate AI ownership across the C-suite, the full-time remote AI Chief of Staff will manage client relationships, drive the development of AI transformation roadmaps, and ensure progress in complex engagements between meetings. Key responsibilities Lead priority client accounts and run monthly AI steering committee meetings to align executives on strategy and roadmaps Develop AI transformation plans that connect to clients' business priorities and present board-ready ROI reporting Coordinate delivery teams and track accountability across workstreams to maintain momentum in AI initiatives Required qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with recent hands-on AI transformation work Proven ability to facilitate C-suite working sessions and produce executive-grade artifacts Strong understanding of client business models, including P&L and key performance indicators Experience in sourcing and closing expansion revenue through client engagements Familiarity with AI tools and personal projects demonstrating practical AI application
