Overview
Physical Therapist – General, in Clancy, MT, United States, starting 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks. Travel assignment in a long-term care setting with guaranteed 36 hours per week and a weekly pay range of $2,085 to $2,172. Shift: Monday–Friday. Work setting: LTC – Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Conduct PT evaluations and develop treatment plans for residents in a long-term care facility
- Implement individualized therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, balance, gait, and functional independence
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate; monitor progress and adapt plans
- Document patient assessments and progress notes per facility policies; communicate with the care team
- Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and other rehab staff to coordinate care and ensure safe patient handling and functional goals
- Support discharge planning and transitions within the facility; provide resident and family education as needed

Requirements
- Active Montana Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program; licensure to practice in MT
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment
