# **Job Description****Additional Job Information*** Sign-On Bonus Eligible $10,000* Relocation Assistance Eligible* 40 Hours per Week* Monday - Friday, Days* On Call* 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.* 10 Hours Shifts, 4 Days per Week* Vascular experience preferred.* Proficiency in Stress Echocardiography, Transesophageal Echocardiography, and IV Contrast is preferred, though training is available.* Benefits begin on first day of employment* Free employee parking### ## **Overview****Job Summary**The Registered Diagnostic Sonographer II performs ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to abdominal, small parts, and obstetrical, to adult and pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders, and assist with needle procedures (i.e., biopsies, drainages, needle placements, etc.). May also perform vascular procedures.**Job Responsibilities*** Performs ultrasound imaging examinations.* Performs studies independently in the Operating Room and or portable exams as required by the work area.* Maintains equipment and supplies.* Ensures proper documentation of procedures.* Collaborates with Radiologist and medical staff for diagnosis.* Boone Health has determined this is a safety-sensitive position.
