Bilingual Community Engagement Liaison (Specialist)

Job Description And Duties Do you enjoy working as part of a busy and high-performing team? If so, our Analyst II position is for you! Under the direction of the Supervisor I and/or Supervisor II, the Analyst II will perform a variety of complex and technical analytical duties related to training, outreach and publications. The incumbent must communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and is expected to exercise a high degree of organizational skill, initiative, and independence in performing the assigned tasks. This is a bilingual-Spanish position. The incumbent must be able to pass a bilingual-Spanish fluency examination. Working Conditions This position is located at: 1515 Clay St, Oakland, CA 94612. The incumbent will work in an office setting equipped with standard office equipment. Air conditioned, in a high-rise building with elevator access, cubicle with natural and artificial lighting. Telework may be offered consistent with the Department's telework policy. Special Requirements The position(s) require(s) fluency in the Spanish language. If the State of California does not have a current record documenting your fluency in this language, you will be required to successfully pass an approved language fluency test prior to being hired. Travel is required approximately 20-30% of the time and may include travel by automobile and/or airplane. Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
