Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM Thur 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM What You\'ll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned. Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or hazards, and report concerns to help support order and a professional environment for guests and employees. Assist with access control, closing procedures, and incident reporting while following Allied Universal standards and location-specific expectations. Minimum Requirements A valid driver\'s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. A current security-related guard card or license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
