Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst (Insurance Domain) Location: Des Moines, IA (Onsite) Mode of Hire: Contract (C2C / W2) Description: Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the delivery team by understanding business needs, analyzing requirements, and translating them into clear, actionable user stories and requirements for implementation. Insurance domain experience is required (P&C / Life / Anuity) Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, goals, and challenges. Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation. Identify business impacts, dependencies, risks, and process gaps. Facilitate requirement clarification discussions with business and technical teams. Ensure stories are refinement-ready and support sprint planning activities. Validate requirements and ensure solutions meet business objectives. Support UAT, business reviews, and stakeholder communication. Maintain traceability between requirements, stories, and delivered solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
