Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Experience supporting students who are medically fragile or have moderate to severe intellectual disabilities (MOID) is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices

What You’ll Do:

• Provide SLP services 40 hours a week, split between K-8 and early childhood sites
• Serve a K-8 caseload of approximately 68 students, including 15 who are medically fragile or MOID
• Support a preschool caseload of around 65, focusing on early intervention and communication development
• Assess, diagnose, and plan targeted interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education personnel, and families to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
