Job Title: Charge Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Weekend Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM to 7 AM) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Emergency Room License: Active nursing license in New Hampshire Certifications: - Active American Heart Association BLS - Active American Heart Association ACLS - Active American Heart Association PALS - Active TNCC Must-Have: - Charge experience in Emergency Room - Experience working in a Critical Access Client - Willingness to float to Med/Surg Stepdown Description: This is a Charge RN position requiring candidates to have charge experience. The role is for a weekend night shift in the Emergency Room, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 7 PM to 7 AM. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience and experience working in a Critical Access Client. The position requires floating to Med/Surg Stepdown, with responsibilities divided as 60% in the Emergency Department and 40% in charge (backing up the Med/Surg ED). Candidates must be willing to take Stepdown patients and assist with Med/Surg patients. This position is not open to local candidates; the permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility. It is important to explore housing options prior to applying, as housing can pose a challenge. Documentation required includes a signed reference, work history, and active certifications. All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of application.
