RN Manager - Labor & Delivery (URGENT)

Facility: Adventist Health Sierra Vista Location: San Luis Obispo, CA Unit: Labor & Delivery 40 hrs/week Pay $104 – $106/hr Weekly Pay (40 hrs): $4,160 – $4,240/week Required Credentials BLS Certification (required) NRP Certification (required) EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification required Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN required or equivalent experience) Minimum 10 years leadership experience in L&D required Strong Labor & Delivery clinical background required Experience managing nursing staff and unit operations Responsibilities Lead Labor & Delivery nursing unit operations Supervise RN staff and clinical workflows Ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance Conduct staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations Collaborate with physicians and leadership teams Drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives Oversee training, education, and staff development Manage unit performance metrics and operational efficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
