We're partnering with a founder who is looking for a true thought partner and operator. Someone who wants a front-row seat to scaling a category-defining business and the opportunity to influence how the company evolves over the next several years.
You'll work directly with the CEO on the highest-leverage initiatives in the company: fundraising, strategic finance, partnerships, M&A, operating cadence, executive decision-making, and special projects that don't neatly fit inside an org chart.
One week you may be preparing for a board meeting.
The next, evaluating an acquisition target.
The next, redesigning how the company operates using AI.

What You'll Own
- Partner directly with the CEO on the company's most important decisions and initiatives
- Help shape strategy and drive execution across the business
- Lead strategic planning, operating reviews, KPI management and metrics
- Own business operations, reporting, and organizational alignment
- Support fundraising initiatives, investor communications, and board preparation
- Evaluate and execute partnership, corporate development, and acquisition opportunities
- Build systems that improve decision-making, accountability, and execution
- Design AI-enabled workflows that increase organizational leverage and efficiency
- Serve as connective tissue across leadership, ensuring priorities become outcomes
