Come and join us!To carry out any and/or all activities and functions that have been assigned to operator, related to the manufacturing/production processes in accordance to the standards and specifications requirement.# Responsibilities* Responsible to perform production activities of BPHE according to job function or production processes of assembly, brazing and testing.* Responsible to perform production activities strictly following the work order, standard operation procedure (SOP) and engineering drawings to ensure high-quality production which adheres to customer expectation on the product.* Obtain advice from qualified person when encountering a problem or unsure about a work order, SOP, drawing of product when performing the job.* Responsible to complete the assigned production activities on time to meet the production goals and customers’ delivery requirement.* Report any quality uncertainties or materials that fail to meet quality requirements throughout the production process* Assist and participate in continuous improvement activities related to production.* Participate in audits as required* Responsible for maintaining organization of work area consists of cleaning, storing of all materials and production equipment which includes 5S activities.* Follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions.* Use PPE and safety equipment as required.* Report unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to supervisors immediately.* Participate in safety training and drills.* Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards.# Qualifications, Education, and Experience* Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred# Skills and Competencies* Responsible and reliable* Capable and willing to follow proceduresWe consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not limited to, the position’s responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, a candidate’s education/training, the position’s location, and the key skills needed for the position.
