Job Title: Program Coordinator
Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid)
Schedule: Part-time, 12 hours per week (30% FTE)
Duration: 1 year, with potential extension up to 5 years
Job Description:
We are seeking an organized Program Coordinator to support an NIH-funded research training program at Stanford. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and seminars, maintaining trainee and mentor records, tracking research publications and career outcomes, supporting recruitment workflows, collecting program evaluation data, and preparing documentation for NIH progress reports.
Requirements:
- 2 3 years of experience in research program coordination or academic administration.
- Prior NIH-funded research or NIH training grant experience is required.
- Experience with NIH progress reporting, data tracking, documentation, and meeting coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid, part-time environment.
