Position: Forklift Operator Shipping (Warehouse) Location: Northeast El Paso, TX Pay Rate: $15.40 per hour Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM 7:30 AM (Overtime may be required)
Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for the Shipping department in a fast-paced warehouse environment located in Northeast El Paso. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, load, and organize materials for outgoing shipments while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to move, load, and transport materials within the warehouse
- Assist with shipping operations, including staging and preparing orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous forklift experience in a warehouse environment
- Must have experience working 3rd shift / overnight shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required
